Why the sitemap?
The navigation for this website uses a JavaScript
program. If your computer is not enabled for this then you will
not see the index on the left. To enable JavaScript, right-click
on the Internet Explorer icon and select Properties then click on the
Security settings tab. Towards the bottom you will see Scripting
and Active scripting; make sure that the Enable circle is ticked.
